The PALAVA Biosphere Reserve is an ideal place for hiking with a final stop in Mikulv with a bottle of south Moravian wine.

GRAND PRIX
If you don´t know what MotoGP is then it was a mistake to click on this link. MotoGP is currently the most exciting form of motorised sport in the world, forget cars of any kind and the boring F1! The MotoGP "circus" comes to Brno in the third week of August every year to race on the new(ish) automotodrom to the west of the city near Rosice. The area quickly fills with visitors from all across Europe who all come to watch the racing at this exciting track. As well as having a track that makes the riders work hard, for westerners the ticket price is very cheap, the beer is very cheap. Beer, food, shades, sun hat and something to sit on.
In order to find reasonable accommodation, please contact me as early as possible, preferrably in January.

To be able to find any street in the Czech Republic and especially in Brno, use the browser called MAPY.CZ, which is slightly similar to GOOGLE MAPS.COM. Just type the name of a town, then "comma" and then the name of a street. You can also use zoom using "plus" or "minus" or drag a map using arrows in the left upper corner. Good luck.
