1, the size of the apartment. In Brno we usually go by the number of rooms + the kitchen. E.g. we say 2+1, it means a two room flat + a kitchen.
2, the location of the apartment - on the outskirts or in the city or somewhere in between.
3, the maximum price you are willing to pay monthly. The real estate agent might charge you a one month rent for the service.
4, the dates - since when till when.
5, furnished or unfirnished
6, your name and contact number, (e.mail and mobile number).
